FACILITIES IMPROVEMENT TEAM (FIT)

The Roseville Church of Christ facilities improvement team (FIT) is responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and improving the physical spaces of a church, including the building, grounds, and amenities. 

Responsibilities

• Planning: Planning for maintenance, safety, and logistics 
• Maintenance: Performing or overseeing maintenance on the building, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and fire safety 
• Safety: Ensuring the building is safe for the congregation 
• Logistical coordination: Ensuring the church's physical assets are used efficiently 

Goals

The FIT team aims to ensure that the church's physical spaces are safe and functional and meet the congregation's needs.
